Transport DriverApplications Close: 29-9-2009 Work Type: Courier Location: Transport Position:Transport Driver (Magnetic Island) Purpose: To deliver freight, fresh produce and cartons, to the local community, business and residential, on Magnetic Island. You will need to have strong time management skills to ensure strict time frames are met when meeting customer demands and connecting barge times. You need an outgoing personality and great communication skills to be successful in this role. Freight travelling to the Island varies, so you must be able to handle all types of freight of all natures. It would be advantageous to have fresh food / produce handling skills.
Normal Day will include (but not limited to): * Start at 8am * Collect freight from CCS Depot and agent depots * Produce pickups * Meet 10.45am barge * Deliver as required * Make the 1.25pm barge back to CCS depot * Assist transport with sorting freight * Finish at 5pm
Requirements: MR License Own transport
Desirable: Fresh Food / Produce Experience Forklift License
