Country Courier Services have now moved to develop a group called the Customer Care Centre to improve our service and response time to our customers.
The key function of this group is to improve our responses to customers in all areas, freight, administration, sales and general enquiries.
As our business has grown, we had become fragmented with our contact with customers and this was resulting in customers being transferred around sections and slow response times. We also had no control or way of measuring service to our customers; we had lost focus on our most important business partner, you.
To rectify this problem we have now grouped all incoming calls to one location at 85 Webb Drive and transferred all front line customer service staff to this area. They have direct access now to the main computer server, contact with the drivers, direct phone lines and an ability to access all the information they require to assist our customers.
Chelsea Hobson will now manage this section and all processes related to the care of our customers.
This move has now also allowed Mark Anderson our transport manager to focus fully on the main task of ensuring that all freight is delivered and picked up on time.
